Last year, in order to help study for my Torts final, I used Journey's End as a case study for negligence actions. THIS year, shinyopals challenged me to find a way to use Doctor Who as a case study again. Unf, doing international law readings on the rights of countries to the subsoil, seabed, and the living resources in the continental shelf is very boring.
